• Custom-made, personalised, or bespoke items are non-refundable and cannot be returned, except where faulty under UK consumer law.

• For non-custom items, customers are entitled to a 14-day return period in compliance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty.

• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

4. Payments

• We accept payments via PayPal, Stripe, credit/debit cards, and bank transfer.

• For custom-made jewellery, a deposit may be required before work commences.

• Orders will only be processed once payment has been confirmed.

5. Delivery and Shipping

• We currently use Royal Mail for deliveries within the United Kingdom.

• Ownership and risk of loss pass to you once the order has been handed to the courier.

• Yellowmoth Jewellery LTD is not liable for delivery delays or losses caused by postal or courier services.
